Corporate Trainee
Layyan is a Corporate Trainee and a member of the Corporate and Commercial Group. She works with members of the corporate and commercial group on numerous matters including contract drafting and negotiations, contract review, corporate support activities, preparing notices and assisting with all the company secretarial activities.
Her experience in corporate law entails reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, preparing legal advice, preparing legal notices, overseeing company AGMs and EGMs, ensuring company regulatory compliance, and overseeing corporate transactions.
