Modar is a qualified Syrian lawyer and a member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution Group. He graduated from Damascus University and has over 17 years of experience.
As a senior member of the Dispute Resolution Group, Modar advises clients regularly on various aspects of Omani Companies Law, Labour Law, and other relevant laws and regulations. Furthermore, he specializes in drafting and vetting contracts and agreements for both international and local entities. A key highlight of his experience thus far has been his representation of international lenders in a prominent solar project in Oman. Modar is also oversees and reviews translations from Arabic to English and vice versa.
