Haitham is a qualified Omani lawyer and a member of the Dispute Resolution Team. He graduated from Sultan Qaboos University in 2022 and has accumulated 2 years of experience.
Haitham is a junior member of the Dispute Resolution Group. He works with team members on a broad portfolio of civil and commercial litigation matters including criminal and labour disputes for leading corporate and international clients. He also assists the Corporate Commercial team in liaising with the ministries and providing invaluable support. Haitham prepares legal memorandums for clients, and carries out all relevant legal research required for the cases.
